MantonFest ’25 was a very successful day, and enjoyed by the great crowd of two thousand or so who came along to the Manton Estate amphitheatre for the big party. But more than that, MantonFest also raises money for important local charities and this year one of the charities was Youth Adventure Trust. This afternoon, Friday 18 July, MantonFest Impressario Roger Grant and Musical Director Stuart Whant, with Emma Goltz of Manton Estate handed a cheque for £1,300 over to the Trust’s Philanthropy Manager, Natalie Levin at Manton Grange.
This won’t be the only cheque presentation to an important local charity following this year’s MantonFest. Another will follow fairly soon.
“This year’s MantonFest was a great day” Roger Grant told Marlborough.news. “Great, not just for the biggest crowd we’ve ever had at MantonFest, but great because we’ve been able to raise money for local charities, and for a charity, raising money at this time with everyone finding it tough as the cost of living is going up makes it ever more important” he added.
