Ever since he was parachuted into Wiltshire by Boris Johnson, it has been clear that Danny Kruger has been more interested in serving himself than his constituents. The cynical opportunism of his defection shows this yet again.
Mr Kruger should do the decent thing and resign his seat to allow the people of East Wiltshire to choose which party represents them in Parliament. E ast Wiltshire is a marginal seat and as Mr Kruger’s closest challengers at the last election, the Labour Party is ready to bring true representation to our constituency, making the case for better housing, transport and health services that the people of East Wiltshire so badly need.
