We require an experienced Deputy Catering Operations Manager to support the Catering Operations Manager with all aspects of the Catering Services at Marlborough College.
We are looking to recruit a highly organised manager to assist with the running of the operation across multiple sites. It is essential that you can demonstrate that you have excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your tasks throughout the day.
The ideal candidate will come from a similar background with a proven track record and also have experience in Hospitality, Banqueting and Function operations, to aide the Hospitality Manager with this busy area of the operation. You will need to be experienced in delivering a high standard of work. The ability to ‘think on your feet’, plan ahead and be able to train, lead and motivate a large team is essential.
To fulfil this role, you must be educated to NVQ level 3 in Catering Management and Service or City and Guilds 706/7071&2, and hold an Intermediate or advanced Food Hygiene Certificate or equivalents, with EDCL/ L2 IT Certificate or excellent IT skills and have at least 3 years’ experience at management level, along with a proven track record within the industry.
