Wiltshire Police will be running a Police Officer Recruitment Campaign next month, welcoming applications from any potential recruits over the age of 17 (but reaching 18 by their start date).
This is open to all, and to quote Deputy Chief Constable, Paul Mills: “We welcome all ages; with a diverse workforce reflecting the communities we serve being the best way to be effective police force.”
This recruitment drive is part of the Police Uplift Programme, which is a national manifesto commitment of the current government pledging to recruit an additional 20,000 police officers in England and Wales by 31 March 2023.
