Marlborough’s Travel By Hannah has just received the ‘Independent Luxury Retail Business of the Year’ award at the recent Aspire Luxury Travel Awards ceremony, run by Aspire Travel Trade magazine which serves the top end of the travel market.
Travel By Hannah earned this title and won their category at the nationwide contest with the award crediting their personal service and with ‘each member of the team being encouraged to bring their personality into work’.
Having a High Street presence has been core to Travel By Hannah’s success. Their outlet provides a physical point of contact for customers, enabling them to to visit in person and establish a relationship between the customer, the business (Travel By Hannah) and their point of contact there.
