More than 150 children from Marlborough’s primary schools competed in a competition to design a Christmas card for Marlborough’s Mayor Guy Loosmore to send out this week.
And in the end the Mayor and his Mayoress wife, Fiona, selected three winners, including one depicting the Mayor himself.
They were Flying Santa and Reindeers – Charlie O’Shaughnessy – from St Mary’s Infant School. Christmas Tree – Cooper Wilson, St Peter’s Junior School and The Mayor himself – Florence Gibbon – Preshute Primary School.
