Police appeal for witnesses after Aldbourne burglary

Police are appealing for information following a burglary in Aldbourne.

The incident happened between 11am on January 14 and 11am on January 15 in Glebe Close.

A back window of a property was smashed and a jar of cash was stolen from inside.

Neighbours have reported hearing suspicious noises at approximately 7pm on Saturday, January 14.

PC Teresa Herbert, community coordinator for the East Community Policing Team, said: “We are eager to hear from anyone who saw any suspicious activity in the area, particularly around South Street, around this time.”
