Marlborough and Pewsey’s KAMP Medical Practice is there for us all. Normally – as the headline implies – not when we want it, rather when we need it. And KAMP can only provide the care for us all if we feedback what we need. A survey (online) has been drawn up, to access either click here or click the QR Code below to visit the survey.
For many around here, KAMP is the ‘Front Line’ of the NHS, there because we need something – help, advice, remedy – and we all want something back that gives what we need. The team at KAMP can do what they can, and always will, but what they do provide will inevitably be reliant on what you – all of us – actually need. There is the PPG – Patients Participation Group – and this valuable sounding board helps let the KAMP team know what the community actually needs and wants, and how and it’s this group that has launched the survey, the results of which will help them tell KAMP how their service can reflect the needs of the commune at large. i.e. all of us.
The PPG is a group separate from KAMP with an Independent Chair and is a group that works with the surgeries and the staff to give a platform for patient feedback and to inform improvements to the service where possible.
It’s a volunteer group. Those attending the PPG are patients (and representative staff from KAMP) who give their time free, with the belief that what each member ‘invests’ in terms of time and effort, the community of this area will benefit as the PPG input will help the KAMP team to provide the best service possible.
