A colourful parade of beavers, cubs and scouts, replete with banners, wound through Aldbourne’s streets on Sunday, May 8.
With the flag of St George at the helm of the procession, the boys and girls marched from the village football field in Farm Lane to St Michael’s Church.
Following the service there was a garden party tug-of-war on the village green, and the standards of each of the participating groups was arranged around the market cross.
