On Monday next week – 22 April – at 6pm the Annual Town Meeting will be held in the Court Room (downstairs) of the Town Hall. An annual event where all residents of the town can come in and ask questions to Councillors – the Mayor and all Committee Chairs will be present – about anything that needs an answer.
Unlike any Council meeting it’s where there aren’t ‘standing orders’ – which mean that other than in a very limited time at the start of a Council meeting – questions can be asked by the public all through the meeting. It’s where and when you can have your say.
