Bids from developers wanting to buy Marlborough’s St Peter’s School building and grounds have to be submitted to Carter Jonas’ Bath office by 12 noon on Wednesday, March 27.
The building is being sold by Wiltshire Council. As marlborough.news reported, in January the Council issued two pre-planning application model development plans – for marketing purposes. These envisaged the site having either 18 or 21 residential units
