On March 18 Marlborough News Online reported that a 47-year-old man from Marlborough had been arrested on suspcicion of being concerned in the supply of Class C drugs.
He was released on police bail pending further enquiries.
Today (July 10) Wilthsire Police announced that the man has been released from his bail and no more action will be taken in this case: “There was insufficient evidence to take it any further.”
