A film about Pewsey people struggling to make ends meet is the latest in a series organised by Wiltshire Council to highlight the stories of people who may not always have a voice.
Called Wiltshire Voices, there are 12 DVDs commissioned to highlight people’s stories from across Wiltshire as part of the council’s commitment to finding ways to reach out to people.
The latest DVD focuses on the lives of people living on low incomes in Pewsey, with six people from the local community talking about the challenges they face in budgeting, providing for their families and living in a rural area.
The short films will be used in group situations to stimulate discussion and action by schools, service providers, organisations and local decision makers
