Plans for the demolition of the existing office building and the erection of a terrace of four houses at York Lodge, High Street, Marlborough, have been approved by the town council’s Planning Committee.
The application had been originally turned down by councillors, but it has now been amended and recommended for approval by Wiltshire Council.
