Dr Pam Tulloch is retiring from the Marlborough Medical Practice at the end of August.
The Practice partners have appointed Dr Laura Freeman to replace her. Dr Freeman will be a salaried GP.
Dr Tulloch’s patients will be transferred to Dr Freeman the day she starts at the George Lane surgery – 1 September 2014.
