Great Bedwyn School ‘outstanding’ says OFSTED

Great Bedwyn School has received an ‘outstanding’ recommendation from school standards watchdogs OFSTED.

Inspectors who sprang a surprise visit on the school before Christmas found that “Pupils have excellent attitudes to learning” and “Teaching is outstanding”.

The achievement is seen as a testament to head teacher Anne Davidson, who is leaving the school at the end of the Spring term.
