An employee accused of stealing thousands from the Bridge Garage, Marlborough, is to face trial at Swindon Crown Court in the new year.
Hassan Ibrahim, 40, of Drayton Walk, Walcot, Swindon, is accused of taking the money while working for the service filling station, now under new management, between November last year and April 11, 2012.
He pleaded not guilt to a single count of theft when he appeared at Swindon Crown Court yesterday (Monday).
Judge Euan Ambrose adjourned the case until February 5, 2012, and released Ibrahim on unconditional bail until that date.
