The St Peter’s Church series of recitals by brilliant young pianists begins on Sunday, September 23 at 7.30pm with a recital by Ashley Fripp.
The series, which lasts until June 2013, offers a showcase to five young pianists between the ages of fifteen and twenty-six who are star pupils of the internationally acclaimed pianist Charles Owen – himself a regular performer in Marlborough.
Organised by Nick Maurice and David Du Croz, the series will raise funds for St Peter’s Trust, the Marlborough Brandt Group and BUILD.
Tickets – costing £5 – are available from the White Horse Bookshop, Sound Knowledge, St Peter’s Church Craft Shop and MBG.
