Sirs,
Following up on the Neighbourhood Plan and recent comments on affordable housing in the Marlborough area. The point I would make is that most of this affordable housing will be Social or Shared Ownership with contractural obligations which many young people may find restrictive and have overburdening clauses to sign up to.
The plan does not seem to fully support and contain a high enough content of 1 and 2 bedroom housing with 100% Freehold Ownership for the younger people to want to feel encouraged to have their property in order to remain in the the town.
