As a prior resident of Marlborough for 30 years I like to follow the news in the town and I was interested in the article on Danny Kruger. As an MP I would have thought he should be aware of the law as it pertains to the Abortion Act and rights of the unborn foetus. He seemed to imply that as pregnancy progresses the unborn baby gains some rights. In UK law this in incorrect as rights are only acquired after birth when the baby has a separate existence from its mother.
