Thank you for your report of the denial of visas to seven Gambian
visitors to Marlborough as part of the Marlborough Brandt Group’s
exchange programme which has lasted 30 years, has seen over 250 visitors
from Gunjur to Marlborough over the years and a major contribution to
the education of Gambian people who now hold senior positions in Gambian
society and has an international reputation.
This report comes hot on the heels of your report that 30 young Chinese
students will be attending Marlborough College Summer School and have
all been issued with visas. What is going on here?
