A varied and interesting role with never a dull moment, our team of Patient Navigators (formerly called Receptionists) receive, assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way.
The role of the Receptionist in General Practice has changed significantly in recent years to become a signposting service to direct patients to the most suitable healthcare provider, which may be the pharmacist, physiotherapist or urgent eyecare service to name but a few.
They also provide general administrative assistance to the Practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone.

Salary: £10.45 to £10.65 an hour
