Must have lots of patience and love to give to 2 small dogs and a cat. Taking great care of them is paramount including walking the dogs twice a day within the private estate.
You must be honest, trustworthy, flexible, reliable and well organised and able to undertake all that is required to run a large 4 bedroom house successfully.
Applicants should be non-smokers and possess a clean driving licence. As the house is located within a busy horse-stud environment, the position is unsuitable for applicants with young children or pets.
There is a superb quality 2 bedroom (both en-suite) cottage available (all running costs paid) for the successful applicant.

JOB DESCRIPTION
This list is designed to provide an indication of the potential scope of the role of a Housekeeper.
Range of Duties : All aspects of cleaning, bed changing, laundry and ironing, dog walking and grooming, shopping (car provided if needed), security of house and looking after pets while owner away, cooking (not essential), errands.
Hours: Your normal hours of work would be 8.30am to 4.30pm Mondays to Fridays inclusive with a lunch break of one hour. Occasionally you may be required to work such additional hours as may be necessary, including occasional hours at the weekend (with prior notice and agreement and with no additional renumeration).
Holiday: The entitlement for all staff will be 28 days’ paid holiday including the usual public holidays in England.
Remuneration: £20,000 + per year depending on experience, paid monthly which shall accrue from day to day and be payable monthly in arrears on or about the 28th day of each month directly into your bank or building society account.
Accommodation: A superb quality 2-bedroom (both en-suite) cottage available separate from the owners private home which is situated in the centre of their beautiful privately-owned Stud which offers expansive views over the Wiltshire countryside situated approximately 10/15 minutes from Hungerford and Lambourn. All running costs included also high speed fibre broadband.
