We are looking for an organised and experienced part-time Administrator to assist our Office Manager in providing an exceptional service to clients, directors and other colleagues. Working 25-35 hours per week (must include Friday), other days and timings to be agreed.
As the Administrator, you will be required to carry out a wide range of administrative duties including maintaining our client Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, sending documents for signature and return via Virtual Cabinet Portal, Company Secretarial duties (filing documents with Companies House for which full training will be provided), raising fee invoices, typing correspondence, answering the telephone and redirecting calls, as well as meeting and greeting visitors to the office.
The ideal candidate will have relevant Level 3 administration qualifications and/or a minimum of 2 year’s experience in a similar role. Experience of using Microsoft Office packages is essential, in particular Outlook, Word and Excel, including being able to create and manage mail merge documents. You will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, be organised, and able to multi-task, switching from one priority to another.
