Winter Walks at Avebury

Why not leave the crowds behind and join expert archaeologist, Dr. Nick Snashall, National Trust Archaeologist for the Stonehenge and Avebury World Heritage Site, for a fascinating ramble in Avebury’s stone circle? During the walk around the stone circles, Dr Nick will talk about the prehistory of the site and recent research into this enigmatic place. The walk will be followed by a warming drink and mince pies served in the barn, where there will be an opportunity to ask questions and chat with Dr Nick. Walkers will also receive a 10% discount on all items purchased in the Avebury National Trust shop on the day.
