William The Conqueror at St Peter’s, by Sound Knowledge

William The Conqueror are back and to celebrate the release of their new album ‘Excuse Me While I Vanish’ the trio will be playing a short set at St. Peter’s Church at 7.30pm on Sat 29th July. It’s a FREE event but let Sound Knowledge know if you’d like to attend.

Anchored around Ruarri Joseph’s compelling semi-spoken vocals and swamp-blues-Seattlescuzz guitars and the engine room of Naomi Holmes and Harry Harding, the band produced the new album in a playground of vintage gear with the resulting tracks mixed by Barny Barnicott (Arctic Monkeys, Sam Fender, Kasabian). It follows a run of acclaimed albums and Joseph’s debut novel.
