‘THIS IS ROTARY” – find out about Rotary at Marlborough Golf Club

‘This Is Rotary‘ evening
at Marlborough Golf Club on Thursday 12th October
‘This is Rotary‘ will showcase the activities of Rotary at local, national and international levels, highlighting the two elements that underpin all Rotary Activities – “Service above Self”, and “Fun with a Purpose”.
Rotary is a world wide organisation, drawing its members from many varied backgrounds.
The event will hosted by Marlborough Rotary President Cedric Hollingsworth supported by Rotarians and with guest speaker Richard Purdon who will talk about Rotary, including leading the fight to eradicate Polio and working with Shelter Box to support survivors in disaster areas.
The evening starts at 7:00pm with a drinks reception and buffet before entering the more formal part of the evening at 7:30pm with an expected finish before 9:00pm.
