8 December @ 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm
To comply with Covid-19 restrictions, and for the safety of everyone, the meeting will be online via Zoom, starting at 6:30 on Tuesday 8thDecember.
Our focus this year has very much been on looking forward and helping the charities we support to still be sustainable and viable through Covid-19. We must hold an AGM to comply with legal requirements so this year’s will be quite short and informal and we will look to return to a face to face evening after Easter next year as normal. It has been some time since we have all met and we look forward it!
The 2019 annual report is digital only, though we will add a 2020 preface to it in the new year and publish and post it as a joint report. A printed report means we can reach all our members but also give them out to our volunteers and partners in The Gambia.
