How to Enjoy the Night Sky

We are lucky enough to live in an area of the country that is particularly suitable for exploring the heavens.
Two local experts will share their tips and tricks on how to enjoy the night sky from your back garden and beyond. They will introduce you to the astronomical highlights coming up throughout 2023, the best kit for observing and explore the various techniques needed to get the most out of your observing time.
There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and we encourage attendees to send in their questions about anything to do with Space for our experts to answer on the night. Please email your questions to Clare at charris@marlborough-tc.gov.uk
This event is suitable for anyone aged 8 and up (or younger if they can sit still for about 45 mins!)
The talk will last for around 30-40 mins followed by some Q&A
FREE meteorites will be given out to all children (U16) attending on the night!
