 Charlotte Hitchmough (the Director of Action for the River Kennet or ARK).  Charlotte began her career in the Water Industry and then with the Research Councils.  She has always had a particular interest in rivers, and for the last 10 years has run Action for the River Kennet, a Charity and Rivers Trust dedicated to protecting and restoring the River Kennet and its tributaries.  She lives in Manton with her husband, children, a dog and some chickens.
