Members of Marlborough Chamber of Commerce’s “Millionaires Club” will discuss the state of the economy with a representative of the Bank of England this week.
Owners and bosses of businesses with a turnover of £1m+ a year will have lunch with Geoff Harding, the Bank’s deputy agent for the South West, on Thursday.
Geoff will outline the Bank’s predictions for the economy over the coming year, while the business community will share their trading experiences – information that will be fed back to the Bank’s policy committee, and help to inform decisions.
The Chamber last held a meeting with Geoff in May 2010 (pictured).
