Following last year’s sell-out concert at the Town Hall, ‘Sing out for Christmas’ with Judith Sharp, Ray Dance from SALOS and a cast of friends and associates will be taking to the Town Hall stage again to raise money for Marlborough’s Jubilee Centre on Friday next week – 20 December.
‘Sing out for Christmas’ is put on by the team that brings MantonFest every Summer and as well as helping fund the Jubilee Centre – a vital and very popular day centre which does takes care of the elderly and people with special needs – proceeds will also go to providing a donation to Manton’s Village Hall Trust.
Judith and Ray are the lead singers in SALOS (Swindon’s premier musical theatre company) have been singing together for 35 years, raising many thousands of pounds for local charities through their annual shows at the Arts Centre in Swindon and by performing in cabaret.
Organiser Roger Grant said: “Tickets are going fast, last year was sold out so pop in to either The White Horse or Sound Knowledge to secure your tickets for this year”, adding “It’s a great concert, all the Christmas favourites delivered by Judith, Ray and the team who sing for pure enjoyment which shows in their brilliant performances.”
