Redrow Homes to open show homes at Marleberg Grange development to publicOn Saturday, August 18, Redrow Homes is opening to the public all three of its show homes at the Marleberg Grange development on the Salisbury Road, Marlborough.
Visitors will be able to view the newly unveiled three and four-bedroom show homes every day from August 18 between 10.00am and 5.30pm, with Redrow staff on hand to answer any queries.
The housebuilder is currently constructing and selling the first phase of this development, which will eventually have 171 properties. Three-bedroom homes are priced from £392,995, with four and five-bedroom homes released for sale as the project progresses.
The development has Redrow Heritage homes which take their design inspiration from the Arts and Crafts movement of the 1920s and 30s with comfortable, spacious interiors designed for modern family life.
Buyers of Marleberg Grange homes will be able to use Redrow’s Mastermove scheme, which supports those who need to sell their current homes - arranging valuations, appointing estate agents and taking care of all the paperwork. Redrow can also help towards estate agent’s fees.
Sabrina Abolghasemi is area sales manager for Redrow South West: “Marleberg Grange is a beautiful development so we’re really excited to welcome people into the show homes, so they can see and get a feel for these new homes for themselves."
“With Savernake Forest on the doorstep to this development and fantastic schools within walking distance, it really does have a lot to offer.”
